STEP 02
Heat a tawa on medium-high until a water-drop dances. Wipe with oil.
STEP 03
Pour a ladle in the centre. Spread outward in a circular motion till thin.
STEP 04
Cook 90 seconds till edges lift. Drizzle oil. Fold and serve with chutney.
