Our story
We started in Kerala because Indian breakfast deserved better.
Maggi at 2am. A protein-gap statistic. A factory-grade kitchen.
Rahul was nineteen, building a startup in Kochi, eating Maggi at 2am because nothing else was both quick and decent. Then a research paper hit his feed: roughly seventy percent of Indians don't hit their daily protein target. The lazy answer was a Western powder. The honest answer was to fix the food we already eat. Pan 8 was incorporated in Kerala the next year.
“If breakfast is the meal we eat most often, it should be the one we get most right.”
FSSAI-certified. Family-run.
We don't outsource what we put in your kitchen. Our plant outside Kochi is FSSAI-certified, batch-traceable, and small enough that the QC manager knows every supplier's first name. Every pouch carries its batch and best-by stamp on the back.
Kerala, by name.
Our millets and dals come direct from farmers in Kerala. Not "sourced from local partners" with a question mark — actual names, actual fields, actual fair price contracts that pay above the mandi rate. The supply chain is short on purpose.
Make the Indian breakfast that the modern Indian morning needs.
Eight minutes. Real protein. No maida, no shortcuts. Recipes that were already great — re-engineered for the day people actually live.
Real food
If a grandmother wouldn't recognise the ingredient, it doesn't go in. No maida, no fillers, no anti-caking agents.
Farmer-direct
Our millets, dals, and seeds come from farmers we've actually shaken hands with in Kerala. Fair price, traceable batch, no middleman fog.
Indian-first
We are not a Western brand translated. Our recipes start where Indian breakfasts already are — and add the protein the modern day demands.
